| All seventeen categories are essential to the application.
1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Arguably the most important element of the application is the narrative of the environment. These words will determine the valleys of the land, how flowers blanket it's skin, and the fleeting showers of springtime. Detail is essential because it becomes the face of Erdea - a portion of the globe that generations will step foot upon... Actions here determine the backdrop of history. Every coordinate of land requires a description.
2. VISUAL: To supplement the mental portrait, a visual introduces an understanding of the land unexpressed through word alone.
3. REGION: From the perspective of the map, where does this civilisation preside?
4. POPULATION: The base number for any civilisations begins at 130, though a proper explanation might convince an Officer otherwise.
5. ARMY NUMBERS, EXPLAINED: State the number of personnel whirring in the cogs of your military, then explain how this came to be. Come with the strictest sense of realism - Officers will approve nothing less. The base number for any army begins at 45.
6. ALLIES AND RIVALS: Two simple list -- one for Alliances, the other, Hostilities. Each always up-to-date.
7. FOOD and WATER ORIGIN: The source of your civilisations nourishment will need to be explained.
8. CLIMATE: Express the prevailing weather conditions of the region - temperature, air pressure, humidity, precipitation, sunshine, cloudiness, and winds.
9. RESOURCES: Your civilisations source of supply, support, or aid. The elements these people may readily draw upon when needed.
10. REGION COLOR, or BANNER: Develop a defining symbol for your people, this banner they will raise over the lifeless shells of the conquered. The hue that will smear across every nation on the map.
11. LANGUAGE: State any distinguishing characteristic the native speech may have. Is it loud and exuberant, or does it somehow relax the senses? Perhaps the language takes awhile to express a point. Detail the learning curve, and any emotional affect it has on the listener. Do they speak at all? With words alone, come as close as humanly possible to expressing the sounds that originate from your people, and the ways they communicate with one another.
12. CULTURE: Detail the behaviours and beliefs that are characteristic of this civilisation. Share with us the quality within these people arising from their concern for what is excellent, and treasured within their lives.
13. ETHNIC APPEARANCE: What do the people of this civilisation look like -- how have their circumstances influenced their physicality?
14. CREED: The words and beliefs that fuel the population.
15. INTELLIGENCE AND INNOVATION: A synopsis of how knowledgeable the population is to the world around them. Do they understand how the body works, the personality of climate, are they experienced in agriculture and or domestication of wild beasts, etc? How much of Erdea is known to them? What have their minds given birth to?

POPULATION GROWTH
As an example, we will use these numbers to
represent your civilian and military population:
Total Population: 130
Military Population: 45
To calculate your civilisation growth for the month,
take your current population and divide by 2.
130 ÷ 2
Half of this number will go to your military number.
This is your growth for every new month.
Total Growth - 65
32. 5 towards military
So, your population after this will look as such:
Total Population: 195
Military: 77.5
Notice: Populations grow on the 15th of every RL month.
Therefore, on the month to follow you will divide
the increased number by 2, and the process repeats itself.
195 ÷ 2
