After your creation has been approved, submit a place for their "Yearnings" in this forum. Inside, layout what this civilisation is currently in need of, or after. Member's will be able to view this, and possibly ignite supporting collaborations after they present their unique offer's. Similar to the process of auctioning land, the Yearning country will decide which offer is in their best interest before announcing a winner for the overall bid. All civilisation Yearnings will be listed here, so ensure the Officer makes the proper adjustments.
